aliases, prompt colouring (SunOS, Ubuntu 24, Alma), bugfixes

- `defaultBranch = master` for gitconfig
- don't alias make to colormake anymore
- Make the prompt slightly different for Ubuntu 24 vs Ubuntu 22
- git logadog alias
- cat and less are aliased to bat if present, so we add in aliases for
  plain less and cat
- add browser messaging hosts for browserpass (pass(wordstore) plugin)
- command counter in bash prompt is now dim and italic (if a terminal
  doesn't support that, it will be displayed as plain, so that's OK)
- create alias "editor" which defaults to $EDITOR, $VISUAL, vim, vi, or
  edit - in that order, first appearance wins. nano intentionally
  ignored.
- create pkgclean alias to paru if present
- create alias "bake" for "bundle exec rake"
- include SunOS in prompt colours, change *solaris to pre-2005 colouring
